Design for Manufacture Support

We aim to achieve best possible yields for our customers; so we check all customers' data, and will advise on good ‘Design for Manufacture' practices, if required.

Data inspection checks on Customer data in the UK, step and repeat manufacturing panels can be created, Genesis frontend software is used for final manufacturability DRC at the factory sites.

DFM Review

DFM reports for volume orders, and new issues if required for each part number; with first off samples on each volume part number.

Design for Manufacturer reviews; ensure that our customers have the optimum design to achieve the best yield for manufacturing in production volumes.

Project Management

Knowledge and understanding of your specification and assembly requirements, gives us the ability to effectively manage JIT, Kanban and buffer stocks and “ship to line” schedules.

Aftercare Support

UK based third party Lab facilities for next day analysis and section reports, as well as mirrored process at the factory.
